Your HOA dues pay for cable TV, Internet (as of 8/1/22, upgraded to 600MB fiberoptic service shared by your  devices), trash pickup, recycling, compost, grounds maintenance, landscaping, the caretaker's salary and benefits, roof replacements, vent/chimney/alarm inspections, gate operations, pool cleaning, cabana maintenance, and much more. To learn more about how your funds are spent, please feel free to attend any/all of our Board meetings. All homeowners receive minutes of each meeting.
